Wolf Finances (“we”, “us”) provides tax preparation, financial coaching, educational content, and free planning tools. Contact: info@wolffinances.com.
Information we collect
- Contact & waitlist forms — name, email, service interest, and message content you submit.
- WhatsApp chat widget — optional fields you type in our on-site form (name, your WhatsApp number, service, message). Submitting opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message to us; we only receive what you choose to send in WhatsApp. We do not store those form fields on our servers unless you also contact us another way.
- Rideshare tax form — business and personal details you enter to generate a worksheet PDF, which may include tax ID / SSN and contact information. Treat this form as confidential.
- Tool lead capture — email and calculator scenario summary if you request a copy.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) when you use our site or API.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and deliver services you request
- Send course waitlist updates you opted into
- Process rideshare worksheets and email signed PDFs to you and our firm
- Improve site reliability and security
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We may share data with email/SMS providers that process messages on our behalf, or when required by law. Affiliate product links may send you to third-party sites with their own privacy policies.
Sensitive tax data
The rideshare form can include Social Security numbers and income details. Use it only on a trusted device. PDFs generated in your browser stay on your device until you choose to download or email them. Protect downloaded files accordingly.
Retention
We keep inquiry and client records as needed to provide services and meet legal/tax obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
Your choices
Email info@wolffinances.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to legal requirements.
Updates
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
